I always knew working with animals was my true calling, but like many others, my career path traded fulfilment for money. After 19 years in the insurance industry, I knew it was time for change.

I began by gaining practical experience working with cats in shelters and commercial catteries, as well as offering my services as a private cat sitter. Saddened by the number of cats I saw struggling with coat care, I found myself researching feline specific grooming schools, and from my very first contact with Svetlana and Edita, I knew I had found my people.

I worked one to one with Edita in the salon while Svetlana stayed in regular contact as I progressed. I never felt rushed or judged, and questions were always encouraged. Their kindness and unwavering support through the highs and lows of learning and starting my business have given me the confidence to grow.
