I spent a lot of time researching and looking for cat grooming courses (all the while getting more excited about the prospect of running my own cat grooming business).
I found The Cat Grooming School and reached out to them with some questions, and the same day Svetlana called me to have a chat and answer all my questions.

The school is great at providing course days that work around your own schedule, so even with work, and having to travel for the course, I was still able to do the course at my own convenience.

I worked with Edita as my 1-to-1 tutor, and she was absolutely great. Super supportive and helpful when I needed it, but also gave me plenty of time to work with the cats on my own once I had all the basics down.
I often worked with 3-4 cats a day, ranging from short furs to large Maine coons, from dry baths to wet baths to full clips, and cats with a range of temperaments, which really makes you realise that cat grooming is no walk in the park, but can be super rewarding when you’re able to help a cat in need, or just to freshen up a cat and really please the client!

I’ve learnt a lot from both Edita and Svetlana about cat grooming (obviously!) and running a business. They provide plenty of suggestions for tools and equipment, and advice on the difficult parts of business running, to ideas i’d never even considered!

I’m super grateful to the both of them for all their help, knowledge, time and support. And am so grateful to know that even though i’m now going off on my own, that i’m able to contact either of them in the future if I ever have any questions or concerns!

I really believe that Svetlana’s Cat Grooming School is THE course to go with if you’re looking to persue this yourself, the support and knowledge to the honest realism of how the business can be is second to none.
