Svetlana, I just wanted to thank you for an amazing day yesterday at the cat owner grooming course. Spike and Percy look fab and I now know how to keep on top of the important things at home. As you know Percy was very stressed as he is a rescue cat so thank you for being so patient with him, his haircut looks perfect!
I would never let someone else now groom my cats and you have given me some invaluable advice on taking care of them and the best products to use. I love the shampoo as Spike still smells gorgeous today so will buy some from you next time I am in.

Svetlana after a fascinating taster day in your salon with you I now feel I want to know all I can about grooming cats. You were patient with my inexperience and in one short day I learned so much. I had the chance to groom 3 cats myself and clip their claws. I also observed you carrying out bathing of 2 cats as well. I was amazed to see that cats can actually enjoy being bathed! I now intend to do the full master course.

Things are very busy at work during the last quarter of the year and I doubt I’ll be able to get any time off for a few months. I’ll be in touch though to see what options we might be able to work out in the New Year.

I spent the day with you on your basic cat grooming course, and learned so much, even though I have been grooming my own cats I came away feeling very confident in what I was doing and picked up lots of tips! I will certainly be coming back for the next installment!!
