She clearly loves and respects every cat that comes through the door. They are her priority. It’s truly amazing to see.

All animals are handled with the care they deserve. If my cat was in London I would be sending them to her! The other guarantee, as a student at the school, is the excellent standard of teaching. Svetlana has extremely high standards and every element of cat grooming, from hygiene of equipment to brushing techniques which emphasize the comfort of the cat, are given equal focus. She is also infectiously enthusiastic!

If anyone is looking for quality training with a focus on perfection then look no further than Pet Universe. I can’t recommend them enough. I’m just so glad I found Svetlana. She really is the ‘Top Cat’ of grooming schools!
